
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 to 8 ounces white chocolate bar, chopped
- 1 cup chopped, toasted pecans
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add vanilla and banana. Add flour, cornstarch, salt and soda. Mix well. Add chocolate and pecans. Mix gently. Chill dough about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, drop dough onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 15 minutes or until browned on edge.
